Something broken, something wrong on a route, or something you want it to do? Write to suren@kr8it.com. RideSync is built by one rider, so that address is a person, not a queue — expect a reply within a couple of days, sooner if something is actually broken.
What to tell me
The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
- What you asked for, in the words you used.
- What happened instead.
- The name of the trip, if it was about one.
- Phone or web, and roughly when.
If a route looks wrong
Tell me — a closed road or a servo that no longer exists is worth knowing about, and it improves the next rider’s plan too. In the meantime: every plan is a planning aid, not a guarantee. Check closures, conditions and fuel range before you ride, and ride within your own skill.
Things you can do without me
- Delete your account. In the app, open the You tab and tap Delete account. It takes your trips, routes and saved rides with it, and it can’t be undone.
- Hit the weekly cap? Builds are capped while RideSync is free. The app says so plainly when you reach it, and it resets Monday.
- Take your rides with you. Every trip exports as GPX, into whatever app or device you already ride with.
Your data
What’s stored, who touches it and how to get rid of it is written out on the privacy page. The short version: your whereabouts stay yours, nothing is sold, and leaving takes everything with it.
