Terms

Last updated 19 July 2026.

RideSync turns a mood and a free weekend into a planned motorcycle trip — route, GPX, budget, weather and beds. It’s in beta, it’s free while it is, and these are the terms in plain words.

The safety part (read this one)

Every plan RideSync produces is a planning aid, not a guarantee. Distances, fuel stops, times and costs are partly sourced and partly estimated — estimates are labelled as such. Roads close, weather turns, fuel stops shut, and conditions change faster than any dataset.

Before you ride: verify fuel range and water for remote legs, check current conditions, closures and permits, tell someone where you’re going, and ride within your own skill. RideSync does not navigate for you on the road — the GPX loads onto your own device, and the ride is yours. You ride at your own risk.

Money

We never take your payment and never book anything without you. Booking links hand you to the seller’s own site — you pay them directly, on their terms. Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you book through one, RideSync may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change the advice — the best stay for the ride is recommended whether or not we earn on it.

Beta reality

Your content

Your trips, plans and GPX files are yours — take them, ride them, share them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, RideSync isn’t liable for loss arising from your use of the service or from riding a planned trip — see the safety section above. Nothing here excludes rights that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The boring end

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If they change, the date at the top changes with them. Questions — suren@kr8it.com.
