RideSync is an Australian motorcycle community platform that provides:
- Community forums and discussion groups
- Rider matching and networking features
- Route sharing and discovery
- AI-powered motorcycle assistance (Scout)
- Garage management and maintenance tracking
- Marketplace features for buying and selling motorcycles and gear
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and content created by RideSync, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Marketplace Transactions
When using marketplace features:
- Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
- Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk
- RideSync does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed
- Users are responsible for complying with applicable vehicle transfer and registration laws
- Service fees may apply to certain transactions as disclosed
7. AI Features (Scout)
Scout is an AI assistant designed to provide helpful information about motorcycles. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Always verify important information and consult qualified professionals for mechanical, legal, or safety matters.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
